Working Days refers to Monday-Friday.

Working Days Production Time
For example, in the scenario where the order is confirmed with a production lead time of 2-3 working days and payment is processed on a Thursday, the first working day would be Friday, followed by Monday as the second working day (earliest possible product readiness), with Tuesday being the latest time the product would be ready.

Express Production Time or 24Hours Express Production 
Example 1 - If the order is confirmed by Thursday at 5pm, the product will be ready by Friday 5pm
Example 2 - If the order is confirmed by Friday at 8am, the product will be ready by Monday 9am(Operating Hours)
Example 3 - If the order is confirmed by Wednesday at 6pm, the product will be ready on Friday 9am(Operating Hours)

Same Day Production Time
Order must be confirm and processed by 12pm in order for the product to be ready by 5pm (Same Day).
If you are ordering after 12pm, please use Express Production option.

There will be no refund in price difference in the event wrong option is selected.

·         Delivery service is limited to addresses within Singapore

·         Deliveries will take place Monday through Friday, between 9:00 AM and 10:00 PM, excluding weekends and public holidays.

·         Please specify your preferred delivery date and time upon check out and we will try our best to accommodate.

·         Once the full order is produced, the courier delivery lead time is 1 working day.

·         Additional surcharge of $15 will be applied for delivery areas under secured zones stated below (but not limited to)

·         Do note that we are open Monday to Friday, 0900 – 1700 hrs. Lunch hour: 1200 - 1300 hrs
·         Self-collection orders will be kept for only 30 days. If order has not been collected after 30days, it will be disposed accordingly.
·         You will receive an email notification once your order is ready to be collected.

·         Please upload jpg, jpeg, gif, png, eps, ai, pdf, zip, tar, rar,cdr,psd images only. File should not be larger than 10MB in size.

·         For better print results, a higher resolution of minimum 300 dpi is recommended.
·         If you have print files in Microsoft Word, Excel, Publisher or PowerPoint format, kindly export them into PDF format.
·         Print files have to be in CMYK colors instead of Pantone colors.

Yes you may, however there are a few things to make sure.

1. Make sure that the size of document you are working on is correct. For example, if you want to print full A4 size, you have to set size to 216mm x 303mm (inclusive of 3mm bleed on all sides.

2. Save as pdf once you are done with your artwork.

3. Zoom in to 100% to check if the resolution of the artwork is good.

·Please do not hesitate to contact us within 24 hours of receiving your goods to request an exchange. Kindly arrange for the return of 100% of the defective order at your own cost within 5 days. Upon receipt of the items, we will process a new order with the original lead time and dispatch it using the same paid shipping method. Please be advised that delivery charges are non-refundable.

As you work on your artwork, remember to leave a 3mm margin around the final size on all sides. 
Try to keep important text and images a bit away from the edges for a cleaner look.
We suggest leaving at least a 3mm space inside the cutting line.
